Password Reset for the New System
All new reservations will now be accepted through the new reservation system.
Your existing membership information will be transferred to the new system. However, when using the new system, you will need to reset your password by yourself.

From “Forgot your password?”, please set a new password.
Please note that past stay history will not be transferred.
Reservations Made Through the Previous System
For reservations made through the previous system before around 18:00 on May 27, please use the link below to confirm or cancel your reservation.
Please note that passwords are not linked between the old and new systems. Even if you reset your password for the new system, you can still log in to the old member page using your previous password.
Please access the old member page from the URL below to cancel or modify your reservation.
Once all existing reservations have been completed, the old member page will no longer be available. Please also note that past stay history will not be transferred to the member page of the new system.
